Ingredients:
For the Dough:
∙ 1 cup CarePantry Self Raising Flour
∙ 1 cup vanilla yoghurt
For the Cinnamon Sugar:
∙ 1/2 cup granulated sugar
∙ 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
∙ 1 cup of butter (melted)
Method:
Combine self raising flour and yoghurt into a bowl
Roll dough into balls
Cook in the airfryer for 15 min at 160 degrees
In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon to create cinnamon sugar
Dip cooked doughnuts into melted butter, and roll them in cinnamon sugar until coated
